Follow us on TwitterThe reality show 16 and Pregnant saw its ups and downs in the case of the Vermillion High School student Chelsea who was caught on camera after giving birth to a baby daughter. 16 and Pregnant Chelsea went into labor unexpectedly when she returned to school to resume her senior year there and was then hastily taken to the hospital to give birth to her daughter who she has named Aubree Skye.
The initial sentiments of her boyfriend Adam were mixed though he decided eventually to be the father of the child who he thought should keep his last name of Lind. The show which has been produced by the renown American actor Morgan Freeman entered its fourth episode of the second season when it covered the issues that 16 and Pregnant Chelsea was going through.
Her baby Aubree had jaundice and had to be kept in the hospital for a few days after being born but it is common for new babies to have the disease and they need to be incubated. When 16 and Pregnant Chelsea got in touch with her boyfriend Adam to tell him to come and see their child she didn’t get the response that she had expected as he thought that sleeping was more important that seeing his child. Chelsea has changed Aubree’s last name to Houska which is Chelsea’s own last name after all the rude and inappropriate messages that Adam has sent her, referring to the child as a mistake in one of them. Adam wasn’t much liked by Chelsea’s father and it is obvious now why he thought that Adam was unreliable.
