The Amber Dubois update has come as a shock to her parents who want to be the witnesses to the execution of John Albert Gardner III, if he is convicted for the crime of murdering Amber. In the early morning hours of Saturday, the sixth of March, local police authorities found what they have identified to be the skeletal remains of the fourteen year old girl Amber Dubois who went missing last year.
Amber Dubois went missing in the rural region of Pala which is situated in the northern parts of the San Diego County, California. She was last seen on her way to school on foot all by herself just a little more than a year ago on the nineteenth day of February.
In the Amber Dubois update a San Diego County medical examiner made a positive identification of the remains through the process of comparison of dental records. The investigation behind the Amber Dubois update is being carried out by the local Sheriffs office of the San Diego County, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Escondido police department, the city where Ambers’ family resides.
The remains were found through a lead that the relevant departments had followed up on and have led to the interrogation of John Albert Gardner III who appeared in court on Wednesday after being charged with the offense of raping and killing another teenager from California who went by the name of Chelsea King. Gardner pleaded not guilty in front of the jury and is now being questioned to see if there’s any link between Gardner and Amber’s death.
