Software Project Planning and Project Introduction and System Description
The final document or end product of the software project planning phase is called baseline project plan (BPP) or often called as project specification (PS). The baseline project plan has to pass through several review sessions before get approval from the top management or chief executive. The review sessions are called walk through sessions. The main objective of these sessions is that the top management and analyst agree on the project specification before a detailed analysis is made.
