Coby Brooks is the President and CEO of a renowned restaurant called Hooters which is based in America. In the year 1983, his father started this chain of restaurants with six other entrepreneurs which became a raving success in America. His father died in the year 2006 and Coby Brooks inherited the franchising rights of the multiple chains of restaurants. He firmly believes in the empowerment of women in this day and age.

After his fathers untimely demise, he had to face a lot of hardships. There was a insinuating battle in 2006 between the heirs of the company as to who will have the controlling rights of the franchise. After a gruesome battle in the court, it was decided that he has to raise money by recapitalizing the company. He worked very hard to bring the crumbling restaurant chain back to its feet. He believes that Hooters is a private company and a family oriented company. Hooters have been in business for over 20 years and they still manage to keep their clientele happy and satisfied.

Recently Coby Brooks appeared on a reality show named Undercover Boss and he worked in his own restaurant as a cook and doing all kinds of odd chores. He believes that he is quiet different from his father, “He was a disciplined individual and I have a laid back attitude about things.” Almost seventy five percent of his staff is comprised of women. They have recently send their Vice president to Rwanda which is a underprivileged country to educate and empower women.
