If Congressman Joe Wilson got attention by ‘You Lie’ reproach to Obama, so did Joe Wilson’s 2010 Challenger Rob Miller who becomes a new star overnight. Emails are pouring in Congressman Joe Wilson’s inbox, praising & cursing.
While Republican Congressman Joe Wilson’s rebuke that heckled President Barack Obama during his speech on Wednesday night, it created an opportunity for someone at some other place simultaneously. It was Rob Miller, the one who’s going to give tough time to Joe Wilson in 2010 elections.
Mr. Rob Miller (33-year-old) is a native South Carolinian who used to be a Marine Captain as well as Iraq War Combat Veteran. He’s got a small family; husband-wife-child. He’s got his own plea that motivated him to come in to the politics; he thinks too many elected officials though busy in making decisions that impact American Military, don’t have background relationships with the armed forces.
In the year 2008, Rob Miller left the Marine Corps and plans to run for Congress in 2110. The philosophy in his message earned him over 46% of the vote, with very little funds though. He has targeted Joe Wilson for the same reason. He is of the opinion that Joe Wilson quickly introduced the resolutions that supported the troops but failed to do anything practical for the wounded veterans at The Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) to get the basic care they required. He plans to eliminate tax reductions for rich (super rich in fact) and impose stronger ethics laws.
The moment the news of Joe Wilson’s outburst surfaced the net, his opponent for 2010 elections, Rob Miller has received a raise over $350,000 online.
