A long going host of the “Scott and Erica Morning Show” on 105.1, Erica Lee has been fired from her job on Thursday. WOMX has fired her but there are no details why they took the step to fire its longtime host. For nearly two decades Erica Lee has been working for her show at 105.1, however, Scott McKenzie who is the co host of “Scott and Erica Morning Show” will continue his show.

Scott McKenzie said that it would be really hard for him to continue without Erica Lee, he added that apparently it seems that some coming days will be harder for him. Scott McKenzie knows Erica Lee for more than 19 years, what a break up. Since 1990, Erica Lee has been a part of Mix 105.1 FM as a co-host with Scott McKenzie. Erica Lee confirmed Scott McKenzie that Thursday would be the last day of her job.

One of her fans wrote that management took the worst decision and they will always miss Erica Lee. Many other fans also reported that they are really hurt on this decision and are saying that they will miss their favorite star Erica Lee. It has also been reported that all the team was sad over this decision and there was an emotional scene at the radio station.

The “Scott and Erica Morning Show” starts at 5.30 am every morning, however, on Friday it was half hour late. One of the show producers stated that show officials are looking for firing Erica Lee. Before 7:00 am, co host of the show Scott McKenzie announced that Erica Lee has been removed from the show after a great span of 19 years. It has also been reported by reliable sources that listeners are not happy with the management decision.
