Friday October 9 issue of ESPN Magazine is likely to be an ESPN Body Issue. Naked and semi-naked athletes are featuring in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue which seems to be a money-raiser issue. See Naked Serena Williams, Dwight Howard, Adrian Peterson, Gina Carano, Claire Bevilacqua and many more in the Body Issue.
The idea is not bad at all to select some sports celebrities for their cover page therefore; the ESPN authorities have decided to give it a try for running its money. Soon people will be rushing to news-stands to grab their copy of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue of ESPN as there will be many renowned sports tycoons there, featuring naked, almost naked or barely-clothed.
A lot of sizzling material is expected to be found in the upcoming ‘Body Issue’ cover page as well as inside pages as if a naked-black-beauty (tennis star) Serena Williams is there, so is NFL star Adrian Peterson. If top-less (mixed martial-artist) Gina Carano is there in an inviting posture, one would also find the effortlessly strong mighty and muscular statue of NBA player Dwight Howard. Then please don’t forget to watch the Australian sensation (surfer) Clarie Bevilacqua either.
Gary Belsky, the editor-in-chief of the ESPN Magazine, seems to be following the “All Nude, Tastefully Done” theme or approach and plan to skip the bikinis and bathing or swimsuits as the magazine did in the issue of Sports Illustrated Annual Swimsuit. Rather the first-ever ‘Body Issue” has focused to represent nude and half-nude athletes posing for the anxiously awaited Friday issue.
It has been learnt that Gina Carano, Carl Edwards and Sarah Reinertsen will be the first three cover Celebes whereas Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson, Serena Williams and Dwight Howard will be seen on other three covers. The whole exercise is being conducted with only one motto behind; compete with the Sports Illustrated’s annual “Swimsuit Issue,” the largest money-making or fund-raising franchise.
