Kelli Finglass full name Kelli McGonagill Finglass is known to be the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders’ director. She appeared not only in CMT series ‘Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team 1′ in the year 2006, but also in the ‘Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team 2′ in the year 2007 and ‘Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team 3′ in the year 2008. She also appeared in a film ‘Dr. T & the Women.’

Kelli Finglass completed her graduation from the ‘Lindale High School.’ She attended the ‘Texas Christian University’ to continue her studies and earned a BA from the ‘University of North Texas.’ She married to Joel Finglass in the year 1996 and has a son and a daughter with him.

Currently, Kelli Finglass is interviewing the upcoming cheerleaders who have the dreams to join the team. It is really hard to qualify for the cheerleader team as there is an audition test at the initial step. Kelli Finglass told, “We are always looking for dynamic dance performers as there are too many candidates who don’t know even the ABC of the dancing, hence, we are taking a more reasonable approach in the audition.”
