A former Georgia mayor, 43-year-old Mark Musselwhite was arrested, after he was found sitting naked last weekend at his Rabun County campsite. He was arrested by officers of state Department of Natural Resources after being found naked in front of the public.

Th officers already had a complaint about a man wondering naked around the area he was arrested. Mark Musselwhite told that he was not that man, rather he was just swimming there in a nearby creek.

Mark Musselwhite was elected to Gainesville City Council in the year 2000, and served for 6 years also as mayor. He was out as he lost in competing for a Senate seat in the year 2006.
