Another Mega ramp contest will be held on Saturday.
Matt Hoffman has arrived in Los Angeles to witness the competition. He said people were reluctant to try these stunts a decade ago and it was amazing to see that the stunts are being practiced in a competition.
Hoffman has met several accidents and got his spleen ruptured during a stunt but his drive to do some unique stunts has not died off. He has jumped from a 3500 ft cliff over a bike and has invented several stunts and tricks. He is really crazy and his quest for adventure is still alive even after receiving several injuries and undergoing numerous operations.
Matt Hoffman is a living legend who has futuristic vision. He was complimented by an ESPN 30 documentary (the birth of the big air). The documentary relates the story of Hoffman and the evolution of big air competition over the years. Hoffman had the determination to experience unique and dangerous stunts even in the absence of supporting fans or media attention. BMX sport was considered a small sport in the 80s and over the years it has become a part of X games.
