Jersey Shore has gained immense popularity and Snooki is enjoying a star status. According to a statement by police officials she was bothering the beachgoers. The authorities got Snooki arrested after complaints. She was taken to the police station and was released afterwards.
MTV spokesmen have offered no comments on the incident. The arrest photos are available on internet. Snooki is dressed in a pink top and a black skirt with dark glasses on her eyes. Her costars from the show were reportedly on the scene and witnessed Snooki arrested. The cast of the show is currently shooting for the 3rd season of the show.
Snooki is an Italian American whose real name is Nicole Polizzi. She was involved in a criminal case in 2004 when she allegedly sold alcohol to underage school fellow.
