Solange Knowles is in the news but not for some recent performance; she is making headlines for her son. People talked a lot about a young kid that accompanied Jay-Z at the Grammy Awards 2010 on Sunday Jan 31, and later it was revealed the kid was Daniel Julez Smith Jr., 23-year-old Knowles’ unplanned blessing.

Solange Piaget Knowles the famous American recording artist is being searched all over the Internet since the news arrived that her son was present at the graceful event of Grammy Awards the other night. According to the details, when Jay-Z arrived on the occasion, he was accompanied by a small kid that many people knew wasn’t his own son at least.

Those who didn’t recognize the kid were confused whether Jay-Z and the kid have some personal relationship. However, for their information and kind knowledge; the name of the kid is Daniel Julez Smith, Jr. and he’s Solange Knowles’ one and only son off Daniel Smith whom she married in February 2004 and later in October 2007, the actress confirmed that she’s through with Smith and has divorced him.

Daniel Julez Smith came into the world on 18 October, 2004 and now lives with his mother at Hollywood Los Angeles where Knowles moved after the divorce. Millions of people have shown keen interest in searching for Daniel’s pictures on the Internet and ever since the airing of the same; Solange Knowles has become the subject of interest.

The younger sister of singer Beyonce Knowles didn’t welcome Daniel’s birth since she was hardly 17 years of age when got married and the next year turned into a mom; pretty young mom. However, with the passage of time the things changed a great deal and Solange used to consider Daniel a greatest blessing, though bit unplanned.

Jay-Z kept the kid in close company till his name was called to collect the award in recognition of his abilities for “Run This Town.” He was awarded for Best Rap and Sung Collaboration wherein, Kayne West and Rihanna had accompanied him.
