She alleges that she too had bodily relationships with Tiger Woods and that they slept together for many nights.

The news has been broken by one and only TMZ.com while on Thursday night and according to the web site; Melinda paid a $23.16 bill as filing fee at the above noted courthouse and that they’ve got all the court documents available with them. However, amazingly enough the same documents wouldn’t be found at the court’s clerks web site.

When the media tried to approach Melinda, she wasn’t available at her Sarasota home whereas the door was answered by Nick Jannette, her husband. Then to further strengthen their claims, the TMZ claim to have a video featuring Melinda Jannette while standing outside the courthouse and saying she was there in order to file the petition.

However, there’s another person involved named Pele Lacruz Watkins who also claims he’s the father of the child in question. Pele is 34 years of age and according to court documents with Manatee County; on January 23, 2002 he had filed paternity petition for the same child. Presently, Watkins is under police custody over some legal issues including a firearm violation charges.

Both Melinda and her husband Nick believe that Tiger Woods is the real father of the child and not Watkins though the court documents suggest he’s the father. Court further ordered him to pay Jannette’s mother the child’s support for she’s taking care of the child since the year 2007.
