Zoe Pound is a chain of nearly 50 most cruel and merciless criminals. This notorious and fearing gang is involved in murders, drugs, robberies, kidnapping, cars stealing, capturing the properties and selling the properties. This group also loots the sailors on the shore of Miami River.
Fort Pierce based gang came into being when the Haitian migrated to Miami. The gangsters of Zoe Pound are recognized by the colors of Haitian flag. They have some special tattoos on their body and some specific signs on their hands.
